Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love every Daintee piece you receive! If something isn’t quite right, we gladly accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  

Approved returns will receive store credit once inspected.

Refunds are only approved under special circumstances, such as damaged, defective, or incorrect items, and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Please note:

• Customized or made-to-order items are final sale and are not eligible for returns or refunds.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a Daintee error.

• Returns showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration will not be accepted.
